Our Mission
Access to Justice for All
The DivinaLaw Foundation was established with a simple but powerful mission: to ensure that no Filipino is denied access to justice due to financial constraints.
Through our various pro bono programs, we extend our legal expertise to the marginalized sectors of society—from indigent detainees awaiting trial to children in conflict with the law who need advocates in their corner.
We believe that as lawyers, we have a responsibility not just to our clients, but to society as a whole. The DivinaLaw Foundation is our way of living that belief.
What We Do
Our Programs
From direct legal assistance to educational outreach, our programs are designed to make a lasting impact in communities across the Philippines.
Dulog Legal
Our flagship legal outreach program that brings free legal assistance to jails and detention facilities across the Philippines. We provide legal consultation, case review, and representation for indigent detainees.
Legal Aid for CICL
We provide legal assistance to Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL), ensuring their rights are protected and they receive proper legal representation in accordance with the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act.
Legal Clinics
Regular legal clinics at city jails and community centers where our lawyers provide free consultations to those who cannot afford legal services, helping bridge the gap in access to justice.
Safe Spaces Online
Educational seminars focused on digital safety and cybercrime awareness, teaching communities about their rights and protections in the digital age, particularly for vulnerable groups.
Christmas Outreach
Annual gift-giving and outreach programs during the holiday season, bringing cheer and essential supplies to detention facilities and underserved communities.
Community Education
Training and seminar programs that educate communities about their legal rights, covering topics from labor law to data privacy to help people navigate the legal system.
Pro Bono Institute Recognition
DivinaLaw is proud to be the first Philippine and Asian law firm to be admitted to the Pro Bono Institute Law Firm Pro Bono Project, a global organization dedicated to promoting pro bono legal services.
