Nilo T. Divina is the founding managing partner of DivinaLaw, a full-service Philippine law firm. He currently serves as Dean of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law and is a Professor at the University of the Philippines College of Law. He is also Chairman of New Horizon Financial Consultants Inc. and a Bar Reviewer in Commercial Law.
